Our flagship IPA get funked up. Punk meets funk for an immersive lesson in fermentation. Aged in giant foeders and dry hopped to oblivion. Old World meets new in this returned ale.

Cosmic Crush Raspberry
RASPBERRY SOUR ALE
This sour ale is fermented with wild yeast strains brettanomyces and Cher Ami, our house mixed culture, and refermented with raspberries followed by ageing in ex-Sangiovese red wine barrels sourced from Emilia Romagna in Northern Italy.
RUSTIC SCOTTISH AMBER LAGER
With an amber colour from 100% British malt and a dry hop bitterness from Pacific Northwest hops this 4.5% beer is unfiltered, unfined and bottle conditioned giving drinkers the true expression of brewing craft and the taste of time.
